doc appointments and workout

I’m currently sitting in a waiting room waiting to be called back. Just a routine check up. Got to stay healthy! Also going to ask about the mutating mole on my left arm. Sounds bad right? Changing moles = #1 sign right?! Yikes hope it’s not anything to be worries about. (Sorry if this is TMI but I figure we’re close now)

Ok fast forward a couple hours after my appointment (Doc is not concerned about mole. Woohoo!!). I stopped to order more contacts and locked my keys in my car. Awesome right? My coworker came to take me to my house to get my spare. I’m such a dummy sometimes! Haha it was one of those things where you just need to laugh it off.

Tonight I’m going to an abs workout class followed by Zumba with my friend Megan. I’m going to try to look a little less foolish and probably fail miserably. Oh well.

My lunch today is very similar to yesterday’s plus a couple clementines. Delicious! (I ate it before I took the picture but just look at yesterday’s post for basically the same lunch) πŸ™‚

Tonight I’ll write another post with a running/exercise tip from the retreat (haven’t had one of those in a few days!) but I just wanted to pop in and say hello.

Hope you’re having a great Tuesday and you’ll be hearing from me again soon!

  1. What a relief about your mole! Phew!
Glenn and I signed up for a 5K once, drove an hour to spend the night at my grandmother with my two dogs (one of them threw up in the car the whole way) and both boys, and when we woke up in the morning to go I had locked the keys in the car with my running shoes.
I hate when I do that, too!! πŸ™‚
